Materia Medica

       This is the most basic subject of the science which deals with the study of the effects of the homeopathic drugs on healthy human beings. This is the subject which is taught throughout the course of four and half years of study of BHMS

      Homeopathy is not only many sided but all sided as it explores and investigates the action of substances, whether articles of diet, beverages, condiments, drugs or poisons. It also investigates their action on the healthy, the sick, animals and plants.

      Homeopathy gives a new interpretation to that ancient, often quoted saying of Paul, “Prove all things – a new meaning, a new application that acts universally.” Elimination of the useless may gradually take place with the growth of accurate physiological and pathological knowledge.”

     Homeopathic Materia medica is the crown of the science which is taught by a very well experienced teaching faculty at our college. All the teaching faculties are post graduate qualified and work with utmost dedication and commitment. We always have believed in one thing that is Institutions are greater than individuals. Results of this subject have been above 90% for the entire four years BHMS course.

     Totally we teach 233 no of drugs in all four years BHMS put together. Portion is completed well in time and regular internal tests are held regularly in line with University Examination pattern so as to train the students to face the final examination more confidently, which has been proved in our annual results
