Conducted by the Department of Yoga, the event aimed at promoting physical health, mental clarity, and holistic well-being among students and faculty members alike. The highlights of the session included: Expert Guidance: The event was held under the expert supervision of Mr. Mohan Hawaldar, an esteemed Yoga teacher and avid writer, who shared invaluable insights into incorporating yoga into daily academic and professional life.
